ASP.NET Core background services support

On the MonsterASP.net, what exactly is the support for the ASP.NET Core background services?

I'm asking because usually shared hosting will terminate the IIS process when there is no request running. On MonsterASP.net, is it similar?

Also, does the support for background services, depend on the plan, Freehosting vs Premium Single vs Premium Multi?

On Freehosting IIS worker is put to sleep if there is not active request for 30 minutes.
On Premium this limit is set to 3 hours and if customer is interested we can enable AlwaysRunning which keeps IIS worker running all time. Some of our Premium customers use Hangfire this way.

Also on Premium plan you can use our Task Scheduler to run specified scripts on your website at regular intervals.
