Site File Backups?

Maybe I'm just missing it... but is there an option for site file backups being taken regularly? (And able to be restored?) It looks to be quite easy with the databases, but I'm finding nothing like that for the site files themselves.

Is that something we should be maintaining our OWN backups of via FTP?

Hello,
all our Premium services are backed up every day and these backups are kept for last 14 days. At this time Premium customers have access to database backups directly in our Control panel. For websites this option is not yet available in Control panel, but will be added soon. We are working on it. For now if you needs restore backup of your website, please open Support ticket in our Control panel.
