What does this mean for you?
You can now grant access to your account to trusted partners: your IT team, colleagues or administrators - without sharing your password. They'll use their own login credentials to our Control panel and can help manage your services
Key benefits:
- Secure collaboration - No need to share passwords anymore
- Easy switching - Managers can seamlessly switch between their account and yours
- Full control - Revoke access anytime with just one click
- Perfect for agencies, IT partners or team environments
How it works:
- Grant access to any existing customer account
- They login with their own credentials
- They can switch to your account and manage your services
