After Deploying my WebApp it works good somtimes then after few minutes the website not working and so on sometimes work , sometimes not work .

with this message

Sounds like you didn't enable https on the website.
https://help.monsterasp.net/books/https/page/how-to-activate-https-with-lets-encrypt-certificate

Customer4311 Thanks for your response , actually I enabled https and it works well and all is good but
after closing it and wait a few minutes then opening the webApp I have the message

Customer4308 Can you share a link to your webApp? Is it static files you are running or there is a .net app behind it?

first of all thank you both for sharing your problem and trying to help each other. I really appreciate it 👍️

We did detailed analysis of HTTPS issue and found that our server has lacked support for some older encryption protocols. We believe this was the reason why HTTPS wasn’t working correctly on some devices. We have now fixed this on all our servers.
