Unable to access SQL data from remotely

I cant connect to database from remotely please help me

we're glad you're trying our Freehosting :-) Did you follow instructions for remote connecting to SQL database?

1) Enable remote access:
https://help.monsterasp.net/books/databases/page/remote-access-for-database

2) SQL Management studio connection:
https://help.monsterasp.net/books/databases/page/sql-server-management-studio-ssms

3) When you try to open in your browser URL address:
http://dbXXXX.public.databaseasp.net
Did you see "Server is online" message?

I already enable remote access and after that
3) when I try to open in my browser URL address dbxxx.public.databaseasp.net
the error appears :
"Website not available
The website you requested cannot be accessed. It may work if you try again later."

Unfortunately, your database db5255.databaseasp.net was already deleted by you, so I cannot verify URL http://db5255.public.databaseasp.net . If you create new database and remote access does not work again, please try this public URL of new database and send us your public IP address: http://www.myipaddress.com
